Sweedish Pancakes
Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1 ¼ Cups Milk
- 1 Tablespoon White Sugar
- ¾ Cup White Flour
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Stir in milk.
- Sift dry ingredients; add to egg mixture, mixing until smooth.
- Spread batter evenly in large pan to make thin cakes. Turn when underside is light brown.

I typically double the recipe.
