Oatmeal Bread
Ingredients
- 1 ⅓ Cups Flour
- 2 Cups Oatmeal
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- ½ Cup Butter
- ½ Cup Water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix flour and oatmeal.
- In a small pan, add water, honey, butter and salt. Cook on stove until butter melts and water is hot (close to boiling).
- Add to oatmeal/flour mixture. Mix until combined.
- Dump onto a baking sheet and use hands to spread out the dough.
Bake for 5-10 minutes. (5 minutes will be softer and 10 will be crispier).
