Chicken Tikka Masala Marinade
Ingredients
- 28 Oz Chicken
- Boneless and skinless chicken thighs, or chicken breasts
- 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 ½ Tablespoons Garlic
- 2 Teaspoons Garam Masala
- 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Chili
- Or ½ teaspoon ground red chili powder
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken with all the marinade spices.
- Marinate for 10 minutes to 1 hour, or even overnight if time allows.
