Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients
- 2 to 2 ½ Cups Shredded Chicken
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- ¼ Cup White Flour
- 2 Cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cups of water with 2 teaspoons of Better Than Bullion
- 2 Cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 Puff Pastry Sheet
- Salt
- Pepper
- 21 Seasoning Salute
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Put chicken in sauce pan. Add and melt butter. Add white flour to thicken.
- Add chicken broth and stir until thick and bubbly. Also add salt, pepper, and 21 seasoning salute.
- Add frozen vegetables (do not need to be cooked beforehand) and let the mixture simmer for awhile.
- Pour into casserole dish and place puff pastry sheet on top.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, following instructions on puff pastry package.
