Cheese Straws

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

  1. Mix flour, pepper and salt in a large bowl. Use pastry blender to work in butter. Work in shredded cheese with fingers.
  2. Chill 5 minutes.
  3. Roll out on a flour surface. Cut into 2 x 3 inch pieces.

Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 10 minutes. (Don’t let them brown)
