Butternut Squash
Ingredients
- Butternut Squash
- Olive Oil Spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut off stem and cut in half. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds.
- Spray olive oil on open face. (Not a lot, just enough to prevent sticking.)
- Put parchment paper on baking sheet and lay open side face-down.
- Bake for 45 to 60 minutes until inside is soft like a baked potato. Cooking time varies by the size of the squash.
- Scoop out the inside. Can whip with a hand mixer or mash with a fork / spoon.
