Baked Parmesan Tilapia
Ingredients
- ½ Cup Ranch Dressing
- ½ Cup White Flour
- 1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- Dash of Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Can substitute garlic salt if needed
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- ¼ teaspoon Basil
- ½ teaspoon Dried Parsley
- ½ teaspoon Celery Salt
- 8 (6 oz) Tilapia Fillets
- Can also use chicken breast
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Mix bread crumbs with spices, cheese, and olive oil in bowl. The consistency should be moist crumbs, not runny.
- Make an assembly line of 3 plates:
- Flour
- Ranch dressing
- Bread crumb mixture
- Dry off the fish, then following the assembly line:
- Roll in the flour (first plate).
- Cover with ranch dressing (second plate).
- Roll in bread crumbs (third plate).
- Place the fish in the baking sheet.
For Tipalpia: Bake for 20 to 25 minutes
For Chicken: Bake around 20 minutes or less to avoid over baking
